In May 2004, INFOLOGIC PTE LTD in Singapore divested INFOLOGIC NEDERLAND B.V. to a company registered in the United Kingdom. The brand name and other rights of Infologic FIDS software remain with Infologic Pte Ltd. Singapore.

The recent take-over of Infologic Pte Ltd by Avitra* in April 2005 allows Infologic to further focus its efforts on increase exposure to new markets and customers, permits further growth of the products and services with respect to the core concepts of providing effective, efficient and robust solution. Moving forward, Infologic's mission is to expand our leadership role in the Flight Information Display Solutions business and continue to focus on satisfying the quality needs of our customers, employees and share holders.
